Text messaging requires carrier approval (called A2P registration) before SMS messages can be sent.

Your MavenVerse system works immediately using email, so text messaging is optional, not required.

If you choose to activate SMS, here’s what to expect:

A2P Registration Fee: $25 (one-time, paid to carriers)

This fee is required by mobile carriers, not MavenVerse

⏱️ Timeline

Typical approval time: 7–10 business days

In some cases, approval may take up to 14 days and sometimes as little as 48 hours

Email notifications remain active during this time.

⚠️ Approval Is Not Guaranteed

Carrier approval depends on:

Business information accuracy

Message use case clarity

Industry compliance rules

If a submission is rejected, a revised submission may be required.

Resubmission fee (if needed): $25

We will guide you through any required updates.

Text messaging is optional.

If you do not want SMS enabled, your system will continue using email only

You can request A2P registration later at any time
