By accessing or using any of the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our Sites.

By providing your contact information, including your mobile number, you consent to receive communications from CNW LLC, MavenVerse LLC, and their affiliated brands via email, phone, or SMS/text message. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”

Allow automatic billing for subscription renewals unless canceled

All sales of digital products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Sites and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Sites or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNW LLC, MavenVerse LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Sites or Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to or use of our Services.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or SMS message delivery failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Sites following changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Service-Specific Policies: Refunds, Cancellations & Service Terms

This section applies to all digital products, AI agent services, automation services, consulting, systems setup, subscriptions, and training programs offered by CNW LLC / MavenVerse LLC.

12.1 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, all payments made for MavenVerse Services are non-refundable due to the digital nature of deliverables and the immediate initiation of work.

AI Agent & Automation Services

Setup Fees: Non-refundable under all circumstances once onboarding begins.

Subscription Fees: Eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee on the subscription fee only, beginning the date of purchase.

Setup fees are never refundable.

Onboarding delays do not extend or pause the 14-day window.

After 14 days, all payments are final.

12.2 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid further charges.

After cancellation, no future payments will be drafted.

Previously paid amounts, including setup fees and subscription renewals, are non-refundable.

Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

12.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact us to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks for services already accessed, delivered, or in progress may be disputed with evidence of:

Digital product access

AI agent configuration or setup work

Portal logins

Communication records

Accepted terms at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse future service to individuals who file fraudulent chargebacks.

12.4 Service Termination by the Company

We may suspend or terminate access to any Services for:

Missed or declined payments

Abuse or misuse of systems

Violation of these Terms

Failure to complete required onboarding

Fraudulent or unlawful activity

No refunds will be issued for terminations based on client misconduct.

12.5 Digital Delivery & Access

Access to downloadable materials, templates, portals, training modules, automations, and digital tools is granted immediately upon purchase.
Because delivery is instant, digital products are non-refundable once access is provided.
