REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

MavenVerse, operated by CNW LLC, provides professional services, digital resources, assessments, audits, memberships, subscriptions, consulting, systems implementation, and related business services.

Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.

General Refund Policy

Except where otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, payments made to MavenVerse are non-refundable.

Because many MavenVerse services involve professional expertise, reserved capacity, immediate system access, digital delivery, analysis, preparation, or work that begins shortly after purchase, customers should review the service description carefully before completing a transaction.

Business Systems Audits

Business Systems Audit purchases are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Upon purchase, MavenVerse may immediately begin onboarding, administrative preparation, account setup, review, research, analysis, or other fulfillment activities.

Failure to complete required intake information or participate in the audit process does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

Consulting and Professional Services

Payments for consulting, strategy, implementation, automation, systems architecture, and other professional services are non-refundable unless otherwise provided in a written agreement.

Larger engagements may be governed by a separate service agreement containing project-specific payment, cancellation, rescheduling, termination, and refund provisions.

Where a separate executed agreement applies, that agreement controls.

Digital Products and Resources

Digital products, downloads, templates, assessments, reports, training materials, and immediately accessible resources are non-refundable once purchased or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscription and membership charges are non-refundable once processed except where required by applicable law.

Customers may cancel future recurring charges according to the cancellation method provided for the applicable subscription.

Cancellation prevents future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective. It does not ordinarily generate a refund or prorated credit for a billing period that has already begun.

Access may continue through the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

The Maven Network

If a paid Maven Network membership or subscription is offered, its checkout page may contain additional membership-specific billing and cancellation terms.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, payments already processed are non-refundable, and cancellation applies to future renewals.

Third-Party Services

Payments made directly to third-party platforms, software providers, or other external businesses are governed by those companies' respective refund and cancellation policies.

MavenVerse cannot issue refunds for payments processed directly by third parties.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or believe a billing error occurred, contact MavenVerse promptly so the transaction can be investigated.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact MavenVerse regarding billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

Nothing in this provision limits any rights available to a consumer under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

MavenVerse may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.
