These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MavenVerse website, products, services, assessments, programs, memberships, resources, and related offerings.

MavenVerse is operated by CNW LLC.

By accessing this website or purchasing or using MavenVerse products or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

MavenVerse provides business systems architecture, operational consulting, automation and integration services, technology optimization, business assessments, Business Systems Audits, educational resources, memberships, programs, and related services.

Specific services may be governed by additional agreements, proposals, statements of work, order forms, or contracts.

If a separately executed agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a specific engagement, the executed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

No Guaranteed Results

MavenVerse provides professional services, recommendations, systems, strategies, technology solutions, and educational information designed to help businesses improve their operations.

Business outcomes depend upon numerous factors outside MavenVerse's control.

Accordingly, MavenVerse does not guarantee specific revenue, profitability, growth, savings, operational results, or other business outcomes.

Business Systems Assessments and Audits

Free assessments are intended to provide general insight into business systems and operational conditions.

Paid Business Systems Audits provide professional analysis and recommendations based upon information available to MavenVerse and the scope of the purchased service.

Assessments and audits do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

Payments

Prices and payment terms will be disclosed at purchase or specified within an applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or checkout page.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, methodologies, frameworks, graphics, written materials, assessments, training materials, processes, systems documentation, and other proprietary materials created by MavenVerse are owned by or licensed to CNW LLC.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of MavenVerse intellectual property to you.

Client ownership and licensing rights for custom deliverables may be separately addressed in an applicable client agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or MavenVerse services, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access to systems, reproduce protected materials without permission, or use MavenVerse intellectual property unlawfully.

Third-Party Technology

MavenVerse may recommend, implement, integrate, or provide links to third-party platforms and services.

Third-party services operate under their own agreements, policies, pricing, availability, and functionality.

MavenVerse does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, security incidents, pricing changes, or other actions attributable to those providers.

Affiliate Relationships

MavenVerse may recommend products, software, platforms, or services through affiliate or referral relationships.

When applicable, MavenVerse may receive compensation if you purchase through certain referral links, at no additional cost to you.

Material affiliate relationships will also be disclosed near applicable recommendations where appropriate.

FTC guidance recommends that affiliate compensation relationships be disclosed clearly and conspicuously near the recommendation or link.

SMS Messaging Program

By voluntarily opting into MavenVerse SMS communications, you agree to receive the categories of messages described in the applicable opt-in disclosure.

Messages may include appointment reminders, service communications, customer-care messages, business updates, educational information, and, when separately authorized, marketing messages and promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages covered by that consent unless you subsequently opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive marketing SMS communications is not a condition of purchase.

Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to the MavenVerse Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Please review that policy before purchasing a paid service or subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CNW LLC and MavenVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

MavenVerse may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
