These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging communications from MavenVerse, operated by CNW LLC.

MavenVerse Messaging Program

Users who voluntarily opt in may receive SMS communications from MavenVerse.

Depending upon the consent provided, messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Customer-service communications

Requested information

Service and account updates

Business systems information and educational content

Event or program updates

Special offers and promotions

Marketing communications

Marketing and non-marketing consent may be collected separately where applicable.

Consent

By selecting an applicable SMS consent option and providing your mobile telephone number, you authorize MavenVerse to send the categories of text messages identified in that consent disclosure.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based upon your relationship with MavenVerse, your activity, and the communication programs for which you have opted in.

Message and data rates may apply.

Contact your wireless provider for information regarding your messaging or data plan.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying:

STOP

After receiving your STOP request, MavenVerse may send one confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. Messages covered by that consent will then stop unless you subsequently opt in again.

Current messaging-provider policies require recipients to have a straightforward mechanism for revoking consent.

Rejoining

If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an authorized MavenVerse opt-in method.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Delivery

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and functionality. MavenVerse cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
